What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I accept returns within 30 days of purchase (return postage will have to be paid by the customer), and exchanges will based on stock availability. In the case of an exchange because of a faulty item, I will pay for the shipping of the new item.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! I will ship globally!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be posted weekly, on Mondays. To make sure your order is included in the week's batch, make sure to place your order before 8pm GMT Sunday night.

Once shipped most UK orders will take approx from 1 to 5 business days (all UK orders will be shipped 1st class). International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Sometimes I might run a bit behind on orders because of personal reasons, and receiving your order might take a bit longer. If you need your order asap, let me know and I'll do what I can to make sure you get it in time.
